From a veteran let me say God Bless to all those serving in Iraq and Afgahnistan.
And screw you to Bush (who cried to Daddy to get him in the Guard to avoid fighting) and 5-time deferment Dick Cheney. You cowards had your chance to fight in a war, now you send 19 year olds who had the bravery you didn't.
Rot in hell.

WARNING: Trees Endanger Parking Lot
I wanted to warn Seminole Co. officials that there is still a small patch of forest left on SR434 that has not been converted to townhouses, condos, or a model home subdivision yet. I want to bring this to your attention so you can correct the problem immediately and bulldoze over the last few green infested areas that have apparently blighted this county for too long.
But by all means, avoid touching the abandoned megastores and stripmalls along 17-92 and Semoran. The graffitti covered buildings, shattered windows, and rotted parking lots are sacred to our people. God forbid you should harm them with new development--instead, cleanse the patches of natural landscape in between these sacred places. It just makes sense.

Falwell Falls
He died, and I don't speak ill of the dead. However, I don't lionize them either, as a lot of phony Christian hatemongers are trying to explain away his hateful bigotry and sins. What makes me happy is that the second generation of faith phonies, like Franklin Graham, are complete failures.

Obama!!
I will support whoever the Dem nominee is, and we are lucky to have an assortment of strong, qualified candidates this time. I met Vilsack last year, and am sad he had to drop out--but it wasn't unexpected. I am actually upset that Wes Clark is not in it--I think we need his foreign policy expertise more than ever.
HOWEVER, I have looked closely at the candidates, and unless something changes in the next 12 months, (which could happen), my money (and support) is on Obama.
He has the charisma, the intelligence, and the expertise (Click Here) to get the job done. He also has a clean record, an ability to connect to people in both red and blue states, and already has quite a following. Ultimately, I really think he will perform better in the general election than Hillary would. So Obama is my man!
It will be so nice to once again have a leader be president, as opposed to just a manipulated moron.
